If you haven't heard already, I'd like to tell you about our new
kindergarten friend. He's dressed in red, about 6 inches tall, and he
goes by the name of Lulu le lutin. Last week, on the first day of the
month, we heard a loud knocking at our door leading into the
schoolyard. When we went to see who it was, there was no one there but
we found an ice-covered package. Inside was Lulu le lutin, a letter
from the North Pole, and a package of double bubble snow-ball gum
balls.
Since then, Lulu has been checking out our classroom and mostly staying
out of trouble. We've begun writing about him each day and we can't
wait to see what adventures will come next.
