Thank You!

Thank you all for visiting our classroom last week.  The kids worked so hard to prepare their work and space to present them to you.  As a way to thank them, and to make up for all the shortened free play times last week, we had extra free play today and we made kinetic sand.  It was fun and, as always, very messy.

Field Trip - Manitoba Museum

Well, we survived our first field trip!  It was such a great morning.  We watched a presentation on colour and explored the Science Gallery.  The kids didn't want to leave!!  Here are a few hundred (haha) pictures of them in action.  I've left the pictures from the two classes together because they were mixed during the two portions of the visit.  Sorry about some of the shots being blurry.  The kids were on the move!!
